Yes — quenched-and-tempered and normalized conditions are available through our processing partners with full test reports.
What is the difference between 4140 and EN 19?
They are equivalent grades — AISI 4140 (US) and EN 19 / 708M40 (BS/EN) — both chromium-molybdenum alloy steels widely used for shafts and gears.
Do you supply forging stock?
Yes — round bar in forging condition is supplied to open-die and closed-die forging shops, with ultrasonic testing available on request.
